Review names and details before the call. A first name and a little interest are enough; skip addresses, schools and sensitive information.

Choose who joins. Mute or end the conversation at any time. Parents stay present for the planned family experience.
You know what the voice is
Santa is an AI character, and AI can get things wrong. Our app doesn’t save call audio or transcripts. Provider processing is explained in our privacy policy.
BEFORE THAT FIRST HELLO
A few helpful answers.
Is this a live conversation or a recording?
The experience uses live AI audio. Santa responds to what the caller says. It isn’t a prerecorded greeting or a human performer. The portrait is illustrative; this is not a live video call.
Can my children talk to Santa now?
Not yet. The family experience is being prepared. Today’s private preview is for invited adults 18+ using fictional profiles. Join the launch list to ask for updates; joining does not give access to children’s calls.
How do the three calls work with multiple children?
Calls are shared across your family profiles. Use them for three individual conversations, or choose multiple profiles for a shared sibling call. One conversation uses one credit, regardless of how many selected profiles join. The three-minute limit covers the whole conversation.
What if Santa pronounces a name differently?
Parents can review an automatic pronunciation suggestion, choose an alternative, or type their own sound guide. The saved guide is included in Santa’s instructions. Names can have several valid pronunciations, and AI can still make mistakes.
Will I need to download an app?
The experience runs in a web browser. Use your phone and allow microphone access when starting a call. The installable web app is optional. We are still testing phone and browser compatibility before family launch.
Can I buy three more calls later?
That parent-account option is planned. Its price and purchase terms will be displayed before checkout. Purchases and top-ups are not currently enabled.
What happens if a call fails?
The preview restores a reserved credit when an attempt is closed without being marked connected. Connection handling is still being tested. We will publish the final paid refund policy before accepting purchases. See refunds and call credits.
